The Thorold Museum is a dedicated center for preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Thorold.
While our collection of over 30,000 historical artifacts, photographs, and documents is not yet on public display, we are eagerly preparing for the grand opening of our new facility. The retired firehall on Towpath Avenue is currently being renovated to become our future home, where we will offer engaging exhibits and events for visitors.
In the meantime, our administrative office on Carleton Street S. remains active as we work diligently behind the scenes. Our team is focused on digitizing our collection to share with the community online, ensuring that everyone can access and appreciate Thorold’s history. Check back regularly to see what’s new!
